High Hammock Villas at Seabrook Island is a complex of 100 units located within walking distance (about 600-700 yds.) to beach access walkways. 

Our 154 High Hammock Villa is a very quiet upper townhouse end unit with 2 bedrooms , 1 1/2 baths.

We provide bicycles for our rental guests.  As local bicycle rental companies typically charge at least $50+/bike/week this translates into a nice added value, and greatly enhances your ability to explore /enjoy Seabrook.     You will be responsible for providing any/all desired safety gear.

Just outside of the entrance gate are two areas for shopping, dining, services and events - Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village.

There is paved bike path to both so can be reached by car and bike.

State and local tax extra - 13%

No tax for stays exceeding 90 Nights 

Rental includes linens, departure cleaning service fees, one automobile gate pass, and an "amenity card" that affords access and use of the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association Lake House facility.

High Season weekly stay (or multiple week) with arrival/departure day Saturday only.

Payment:  25% of total rental and tax is due at the time of booking, the balance is due 40 days before arrival.
